I am a high performance coach and healthcare strategist who has helped hundreds of professionals unlock their full potential so that they can reach their professional, personal, financial, and growth goals.

As founder and CEO of Tone's Professional Advisory Solutions and services I help high potential and impact-oriented professionals achieve peak performance in their lives so that they can change the world, build generational wealth, and live the lives of their dreams.

In my day job, I lead strategy for the Northeast region of DaVita, the world’s largest dialysis provider. My key responsibilities are to increase access to DaVita’s life-saving services for patients in the northeast U.S. by developing growth opportunities and enhancing value-based care partnerships with payors and providers to support integrated kidney care.

I was previously an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company where I worked with large, national health systems on strategy, M&A, operations, and organizational excellence and led the Firm's recruiting and professional development efforts for underrepresented advanced degree candidates.

I have a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology / Emory University where I studied Sickle Cell Disease and an M.S. and B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from The University of Virginia and the University of Maryland, respectively.

I am the proud husband of Shay, a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, and father to my princess, Amari, and dogter, Coco. We love traveling the world, enjoying new cuisines, and competitive board and card games.
